Product Description
Ferry to Wales. This photograph is of a passenger ferry as it departs Dun Laoighre harbour and sets sail to Holyhead in Wales. The Weather is overcast and cloudy with the sky as a dramatic backdrop giving off a very moody feeling from the photo. When the weather is inclement and it's going to be a rough crossing, the fast ferry is stood down and the slow ferry is used , cannot remember what the names of the ferries are right now, but there is at least an hour and a half difference in the travelling time between the two.
I remember one particular crossing, when we were on the slow ferry and it was stormy seas all the way over, passengers were strewn everywhere with the seasickness! But remember those sea legs tablets, they actually work!
